Dr. Angell is a bilingual dentist (English/Spanish) who initially graduated overseas and practiced for years — owning her own dental office — before moving to the United States. Driven by her passion for dentistry, she returned to school and earned her credentials at the Boston University School of Dental Medicine to practice in the U.S.
While in Boston, she served in community health centers as a clinical instructor for dental students from Harvard, Tufts, and Boston University, guiding them as they became new dentists. She also worked in private dental practices across Massachusetts. Though Massachusetts will always hold a special place in her heart, she recently left the frigid Northeast for sunny Florida.
Committed to excellent patient care, Dr. Angell has completed numerous postdoctoral and continuing education courses in Endodontics, Periodontics, Oral Implantology, Prosthodontics, Sedation, and Cosmetic Dentistry to stay current in her field. She is a member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Angell lives in Sarasota with her husband and four children.
